 BA(Hons) Sports Studies; LSSM Dip. Having graduated in1988 with a Sports Studies degree Helen qualified with the London school of sports massage in 1991 and has been working as a sport remedial therapist ever since. She continues to develop herself professionally also working as a personal trainer with knowledge of nutrition. Due to this she is keen to emphasise the various aspects that maybe contributing to the problem. Though Helen's work is based on deep tissue skills, other techniques maybe incorporated for a relaxing, therapeutic, or rehabilitative benefit depending on the patient's requirements. Helen has worked with a variety of athletes both professional, including Wasps Rugby Club for 8 years, dancers, power lifters and tri-athletes, as well as less active individuals.
