Daniel is a specialist Sports Osteopath with extensive experience working in private practice, the NHS and national league rugby.
Since qualifying as an osteopath Daniel has completed a masters in sports medicine from UCL and is currently undertaking a post graduate diploma in strength and conditioning from St Mary’s University. Through this he has gained valuable knowledge in the management of musculoskeletal disease and sports injuries. Daniel has a keen interest in research and utilises this information to inform his practice rehabilitating people from injury back to their sport. His interest in research keeps him up to date with modern sports medicine for evidence-informed practice. He also has two publications in rehabilitation of knee injuries.
Daniel offers a bespoke treatment using a combination of manual therapies, dry needling and exercise therapy to improve strength and continue the benefits of the treatment from home. He has clinical interest in back pain, shoulder injuries and tendinopathy in the lower and upper limbs. He also specialises in sensory and motor training for patients who have more complex neck issues with dizziness, loss of orientation and concussion.
When Daniel is not in clinic treating or focusing on his research, he enjoys running, cycling and weight training.
Daniel is available at The Forge Clinic every Thursday. To book an appointment with him, please call us on 020 8332 6184 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
