Pregnancy can be quite a stressful time, especially if it’s your first pregnancy. There is a lot to think about and plan for and sometimes it can be difficult to relax.
Our specialised massage technique gives you an hour to unwind and to help address the changes happening in your body during this time of physical and emotional change.
As well as being very relaxing, a pregnancy massage can provide short-term relief of some of the discomfort experienced during pregnancy such as backache and can often aid sleep.
This treatment is performed lying sideways and is not suitable in the first 3 months of pregnancy.
Giuliana Newman and Naomi Johns offer pregnancy massage and they both enjoy building a rapport with expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy.
